CYBER SECURITY

SOP
  1. Reporting & Attendance:

    All personnel must report for duty in proper uniform at the designated time and place. Punctuality is mandatory.

  2. Chain of Command:

    All communications and requests must follow the proper chain of command. Direct reporting to senior officers without prior channel clearance is prohibited.

  3. Weapon and Equipment Handling:

    Always ensure weapons are cleaned, serviced, and accounted tor after every duty Unauthorized usage or negligence will be subject to disciplinary action.

Do's
  1. Maintain personal and uniform hygiene at all times.
  2. Adhere strictly to orders issued by superiors.
  3. Carry your ID, duty card, and required gear at all times.
  4. Log all movements and operations in the duty register.
  5. Respect fellow soldiers and maintain team coordination.
Don'ts
  1. Do not disobey orders or instructions from superiors.
  2. Do not use mobile phones during active duty unless authorized.
  3. Do not disclose sensitive or operational information to unauthorized personnel.
  4. Do not consume alcohol or any intoxicating substance while on duty or in uniform.
  5. Do not leave your post without proper handover and permission.
Advisories
  1. Stay alert at all times, especially in high-risk zones.
  2. Regularly update yourself on security protocols and emergency response drills.
  3. Mental health is vital - report stress or fatigue to your superior without hesitation.
  4. Be vigilant about cyber security - avoid sharing official information on personal devices or social platforms.
